I...I...I....I....I...Nevermind

So, I have an issue and need advice. There is a woman I know who I really like. I would consider her a friend. Well, a pre-friend. I say pre-friend because whenever I am talking to her, I can never get a word in edgewise. Seriously. She talks and talks and talks and talks and every time I try to respond or even add to our conversation, she just KEEPS ON TALKING. I don't know what to do. I don't want to offend her, but I don't want to stop talking to her either. She's really nice, and funny and a lot like me, attitude wise. Any advice?
