Owning A House Is Sometimes A Pain...

because once you own a house, you start thinking that house projects are fun. So, we've been talking about redecorating our bedroom, and our master bathroom and many other things, including our closet. So anyway, tonight, we get home from India's and I start putting some stuff away and start bitching about the closet and the doors, etc etc. Sooo, Chris suggests we take the doors off. I say, "well, lets not. because then we'll have to start on the bedroom." And, surprisingly, he suggests taking the doors off will only motivate us to start. Okay, so I guess that's a good idea. Anyway, we go online to the Closetmaid website to 'design' our closet. Can I just say that the website sucks? It's such a pain in the ass. Chris is still working on it. I just don't have the patience. So, anyway, we know what we want and now, we've just gotta make a list of stuff to get from Lowes.

Anyway, I think we're going to paint the room a red/brick color. We're going to add wooden blinds and replace the ceiling fan. Then, of course, the closet. Hopefully we'll get done soon and I can post pictures!

We went to Columbia this weekend for India's birthday. It was fun. My mom was there and my sister got some good stuff for her birthday. On the way home today, we stopped at the outlet mall in Warrenton to do some shopping. That "mall" really sucks. They have really crappy stores. We ended up getting some stuff at the Nike store, then we went to the Gap and didn't really see anything. However, I did find a coat from the Gap on Amazon that I wanted. It was $78 but I got it on sale for $56. Go me, Go me. Oh, and, it's pink! Imagine that :)

Well, lots going on this week. Tomorrow is my kickboxing class and I need to tan. And, I need to go by Goedecker's to pick out a new couch. Wednesday we're going to see The Passion of The Christ, and on Thursday I'm going to the Ludacris/Chingy concert with Kara and her friend Kim. Saturday we have to take Chris's parent's to the airport for their cruise. And, I suppose I should start packing/getting things ready for our cruise. We're leaving on the 3rd and I CANNOT WAIT.
